Justin's team played in a hockey tournament outside of Philadelphia featuring teams from Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and South Carolina.   Justin plays center on a line that reminds me of Kane, Anismov and the Breadman, as they scored approximately 70% of the team's goals this season.
 

His team won the first 3 games of the tournament, with Justin and his line leading the way, similar to what they had done all season. They beat the Hershey Bears 6-3 (Justin with 2 goals), the South Carolina Stingrays 5-2 (Justin with 2) and the Mt. Lebanon Hornets 2-1 to advance to the semifinals.
 

They fell behind in the semifinal game 3-0 going into the third period.  They scored a goal to make it 3-1.  Time was running down and the Skyliners were relentlessly pounding the goalie to no avail.  With about 4 minutes left they were able to close the gap to 3-2 before tieing it 3-3 with a minute and change to play.  They continued the aggressive play and we were all wondering if destiny would side with the Skyliners.  The game went into a 5 minute OT with end to end action without a winner.  The shootout was tied after 3 rounds.  Round 4 - tied.  Round 5 - tied.  Round 6 - destiny was denied.  Great season. Great fun.
